THE POSITION
What You Will Do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Mandarin Course Manager. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role:
- Design and develop comprehensive Mandarin language courses tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and other educational professionals to create engaging and effective curriculum materials.
- Ensure that course content aligns with educational standards and meets the learning objectives.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for instructors to enhance their teaching skills.
- Monitor and evaluate instructor performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure student progress and course effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning by regularly reviewing and updating course content and teaching methods.

- Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mandarin language teaching, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and instructional methodologies for language education.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
