Role Description The Mandarin Speaking - AI Technical Specialist (Entry to Mid) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, the specialist will provide technical support for AI-related products and solutions on behalf of our Principal Partners, and work closely with customers and partners to ensure successful requirement gathering, POC and deployment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand technical issues, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including proficiency in Mandarin and English, to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
Strong interest and familiar with AI concepts, cloud platforms, or software/hardware integration.
Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, handle concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to a fast-changing technology landscape.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting issues, creating guides, and updating knowledge bases.
