Role DescriptionThe Marketing Manager for the FNB division will oversee the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to promote CAP Group's brands. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing marketing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. This is a full-time on-site role based in Surabaya.
