We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, to work closely alongside the founder in creating concepts and managing the Indonesian team in their execution.

Someone that has a passion for music, art, design and above all people. We're looking for someone with ambition and drive, creativity and structure, patience and energy.

Analog

Is nearly 2 years old and growing quickly. Already an important player on the Uluwatu F&B scene, Analog is opening its second venue in Canggu this May.

Design forward, it's intended to look + feel very different than a typical caf in person and online. Food and Drinks is what we do but Surf, Music, Art and Design is who we are.

Vintage inspired but not vintage. Forward looking and progressive. Innovative and creative thinking more like a design studio than a caf business.

Team

Currently 2 persons in Uluwatu with 1 more to be added in Canggu. We work with other of external freelancers on photography, videography, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO.

You'd be taking over from the Founder in managing the internal team and external freelancers in Uluwatu and setting up the team in Canggu.

Role

1.Primary = handover and streamline Uluwatu

2.Secondary = setup Canggu and streamline

The head office remains Uluwatu, but your primary venue and permanent office will be Canggu. As a new venue with a separate Instagram, website, google Canggu will form the focus.

Commensuration

Salary amount is generous and above market rates for similar venues (provided upon application). This includes a range of benefits to support and a profit share to reward performance above and beyond contract.

Future Growth

In the short term we will continue to add more cafes in Bali and start branded real estate (villas) in Lombok. Every time a new venue comes online, the marketing team will expand and with that will come increased salary and benefits for you.

In the medium term we are looking to expand overseas to Japan / Australia and online. Hence the role suits someone with long term ambition and drive.
