The Managing Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall business operations of the property development company, covering both residential and commercial projects. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth across all developments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute the company's long-term business strategy, vision, and growth plan
  • Lead end-to-end property development projects (residential & commercial), from land acquisition, planning, construction, to sales marketing, handover and estate management.
  • Oversee all business functions including Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
  • Drive project profitability, cost efficiency, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Ensure timely project delivery in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new product development.
  • Establish strong governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Represent the company in strategic negotiations, partnerships, and external engagements

Requirements

  • at least a bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 3–8 years in executive leadership roles
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale residential and commercial property projects
  • Strong understanding of end to end property development processes, including land acquisition, permitting, construction, and sales marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision making capabilities
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets, investments, and project feasibility
  • In-depth knowledge of property market trends and regulations
  • Strong network with industry stakeholders (investors, government, consultants, contractors)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
