What You'll Do:
Lead valuation engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
Advise clients on deal structuring, negotiation, and strategic options
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
Conduct market research and financial analysis
Mentor junior team members and support their development

What We're Looking For:
Strong background in finance, accounting, or related field
Proven experience in valuation or deals advisory roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
