Job Description

In this role, the incumbent will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.

A career in our client's Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. In short, they help some of the world's leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights they help clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

The team assist organisations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of the team, you'll help provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.

Job Description

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honors / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence
  • Have minimum 6 years Financial due diligence/Transaction Services, auditing, accounting roles
  • Have a wider commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues
  • Technical knowledge consistent with discipline requirements; accounting concepts, basic auditing, and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
