Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement TPM strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Lead the deployment and sustainability of TPM pillars across manufacturing operations.
  • Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Focused Improvement (FI), and other TPM initiatives.
  • Improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze TPM performance metrics, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost.
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure successful TPM implementation.
  • Lead TPM audits, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with TPM standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes, reduce equipment losses, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to strengthen TPM knowledge and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering. A Master's Degree (S2) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or operational excellence, including significant experience leading TPM initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and TPM pillar implementation.
  • Hands on experience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and equipment performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, RCA, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience conducting TPM assessments, audits, and developing TPM roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams.
  • Experience in pulp & paper, FMCG, or packaging manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
