Develop and implement TPM strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
Lead the deployment and sustainability of TPM pillars across manufacturing operations.
Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Focused Improvement (FI), and other TPM initiatives.
Improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
Establish, monitor, and analyze TPM performance metrics, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost.
Facilitate cross functional collaboration between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure successful TPM implementation.
Lead TPM audits, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with TPM standards.
Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes, reduce equipment losses, and improve operational efficiency.
Coach, mentor, and develop employees to strengthen TPM knowledge and promote a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering. A Master's Degree (S2) is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or operational excellence, including significant experience leading TPM initiatives.
Strong expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and TPM pillar implementation.
Hands on experience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and equipment performance improvement.
Strong understanding of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, RCA, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience conducting TPM assessments, audits, and developing TPM roadmaps.
Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams.
Experience in pulp & paper, FMCG, or packaging manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
