Manager Supply Chain Management

Responsible

• Manage end-to-end warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of incoming goods, including quality and quantity checks. - Ensure accurate order fulfillment within agreed SLA, reviewing and optimizing processes.
• Prepare workflows, manpower, space requirements, and action plans to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Handle logistics and coordinate with external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Review current sales performance and SKU availability, proposing planned buying quantities to the merchandising team for negotiation.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and input from stakeholders.
• Lead supplier mapping and sourcing activities, cultivating strong relationships for a steady supply of high-quality products.
• Monitor and manage inventory performance metrics, recommending actions for optimal levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate forecasts, align on demand planning strategies, resolve operational issues, and address customer concerns.

Qualification

• Having 12 - 18 years of supply chain and logistics management experience, preferably in retail industry
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain digitalization strategy.
• Knowledge of SOP Replenishment, managing ERP system, statistical software, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
