Job Descriptions:
- Oversee and optimize operational frameworks, including Business Planning, SOP, ISO and Policy Management, Key Project Oversight, Document Control, and Meeting Management.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis to Business Heads, engaging actively with process owners and business leaders to support decision-making.
- Develop deep expertise in the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to guide business managers and analysts on highimpact projects initiated by their respective heads.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis across sales, marketing, channel, product, and service strategies.
- Support department heads across the organization by aligning departmental initiatives with overarching strategic goals and organizational priorities.
- Lead the formulation of the annual company strategy, aligning it with the organization's vision, mission, and growth of internal business units; coordinate department-level strategic planning accordingly.
- Drive execution of corporate-level initiatives through collaboration business managers, leveraging data analytics and secondary research.
- Spearhead the implementation and continuous enhancement of corporate planning processes, ensuring integration across planning, performance monitoring, and departmental operations.
- Strengthen business continuity and risk management through unified planning frameworks and performance management systems.
- Ensuring that the cycle of the procurement process stages can be carried out property.
- Ensuring that the goods/services received by the user from the vendor are on time. in the right quantity, with the right quality and the appropriate specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experiences as a strategy operation, corporate strategy, business analyst, or a related.
- Having understanding of business processes of sales in electronic industry is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, detail oriented, number friendly, and report writing with strategic vision.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment, also good leadership skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Able to assist and make direct report to C-Level/ Top Management.
