Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for a Research and Development (R&D) Manager. The R&D Manager will oversee the formulation and development of health-focused powdered beverages, ensuring the creation of innovative and scientifically validated products. Responsibilities include leading the R&D team, conducting research to improve existing products or develop new ones, managing product trials, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory standards. The role also involves close collaboration with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in product development, particularly in powdered beverages and functional food formulations
• Extensive research skills, including analyzing scientific data and market trends for innovative product development
• Proficiency in quality control processes, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing standards
• Leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring R&D teams
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field
• Previous experience in the beverage or health product manufacturing industry is an advantage
