About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Operations team as a Budget, Asset & Resources Planning Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational budgeting, asset planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation to ensure operational effectiveness and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report operational budget utilization.
- Develop annual operational budget plans and forecasts.
- Create asset planning strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage procurement requests for operational needs and budgeted initiatives.
- Coordinate asset procurement and inventory planning, including EDC devices, SIM Cards, SAM Cards, thermal paper, stickers, and related operational assets.
- Analyze resource requirements and provide recommendations to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procurement and asset management processes.
- Prepare reports and insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1+ year of experience in Budget Planning, Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, or EDC Operations are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience handling administrative and operational processes is an advantage.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
