Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage R&D teams across: Skin Care, Personal Care, Decorative (Makeup), Packaging Development, Process/Scale-Up, Regulatory, and Innovation
• Oversee end-to-end New Product Development: concept, formulation, stability, compatibility, scale- up, production handover, and product registration.
• Develop RCD roadmap, project prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM, Halal, GMP, and other cosmetic regulations.
• Drive product innovation, evaluate new raw materials, technologies, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and brand clients.
• Optimize formulation cost, process efficiency, and overall time-to-market.

Key Qualification:

• 7–10+ years of experience in the cosmetic industry (most preferable), including team leadership in R&D.
• Strong technical understanding of skincare, personal care, decorative formulations, and scale-up processes.
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations (BPOM, Halal, GMP).
• Excellent project management and people leadership skills.
• Able to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced OEM/ODM environment.
