Manager Quality Assurance & Management Representative (QA & MR)

Location: Bantargebang, Bekasi

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning for the development of new production units and manufacturing facilities.
• Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of tactical and operational plans.
• Lead and monitor quality control activities, including incoming material, in-process, and finished product inspections.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality inspection reports, retained samples, and quality records.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, secured, and utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to manage non-conforming raw materials and supplier returns.
• Collaborate with the Production Department to identify quality issues, provide recommendations, and improve product quality.
• Lead and develop the QA team by delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring departmental targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance and overall product quality.
• Ensure effective implementation and compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or QA Manager in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in:
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System
• SAP QM Module
• FSC & PEFC standards
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Broad perspective with the ability to develop ideas, initiatives, and practical solutions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, decisive, responsible, and trustworthy.
