We are looking for a highly experienced Lead / Senior Product Developer who can take full ownership of our product development.
You will be responsible for translating design concepts into commercially strong, technically sound high-end outdoor furniture, with a strong focus on materials, construction and finishing.
This is a key position within the company, directly impacting the quality and success of our collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full product development process
- Translate design concepts into production-ready outdoor furniture
- Ensure high-level detailing, finishing and overall product quality
- Optimize construction, materials and durability for outdoor use
- Work closely with suppliers and production partners in Indonesia
- Identify and solve technical and aesthetic challenges
- Prepare proposals and solutions for management decision-making
You take ownership of the end result, not just execution.
Experience (required)
- 10+ years experience in furniture product development
- Proven experience with outdoor furniture
- Experience with materials such as:
- metal frames (aluminium / steel)
- outdoor fabrics
- wicker / rope woven constructions
- teakwood
