What You Will Experience:

• Develop materials demand and supply planning.
• Analyze demand, production, inventory, and procurement data.
• Coordinate planning with Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, and Production teams.
• Establish planning standards, SOPs, governance, and KPIs.
• Manage monthly demand and supply planning cycles.
• Monitor inventory, capacity, supply risks, and exceptions.
• Develop digital planning tools and processes using SAP/ERP.
• Conduct planning reviews and provide management insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure alignment of mill-level plans with overall business strategy.

What is Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in supply chain/procurement planning.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.
• Strong experience in demand and supply planning.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems, especially SAP MM/PP.
• Strong data analysis and quantitative skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
