Company Description:

FivePrayer is a free Islamic prayer app (no ads, no paywall) that locks your phone during salah times and gamifies prayer consistency with streaks. we're scaling our creator marketing to reach millions of muslims worldwide.

Role Description:

we need someone to run influencer partnerships for FivePrayer. the job is simple: reach out to muslim creators on tiktok and instagram, negotiate deals, and get them posting about FivePrayer consistently. not one-off posts, but long-term partnerships (2-4 videos/month per creator).

you'll manage the full pipeline from first DM to signed deal to content going live. we're building toward 100+ active creator partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• outreach to 100+ muslim creators per week via DM, email, and whatsapp
• negotiate and close long-term creator deals
• manage ongoing creator relationships and content delivery
• track what's working and double down on the best-performing creators
• handle payments, contracts, and timelines

Requirements:

• experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management
• strong written communication in english
• comfortable negotiating rates and closing deals
• uses AI tools (chatgpt, claude, etc.) to work faster
