Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national marketing and sales strategies for the B2B and B2C segments.
Achieve national sales targets and market share growth.
Manage B2B key accounts, retail channels, distributors, and e-commerce.
Develop the Selensia brand through offline and digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team.
Lead and develop the national marketing and sales team.
Conduct regular market, competitor, and sales performance analyses.

Qualification:

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Management/Pharmacy/Business); Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, including 35 years in a national managerial position.
Experience handling B2B and B2C retail, as well as multi-channel sales.
Strong strategic planning, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Accustomed to working with targets and driven by data.
Willing to travel internationally.

Candidate Strengths:

Experience building and managing a national brand.
Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce channels.
Extensive network in the corporate/retail sector.
