Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and stock records across warehouse operations.
- Oversee and coordinate product delivery to designated destinations accurately and within the required timelines.
- Monitor and control logistics operational expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Plan and execute logistics transportation activities in alignment with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Optimize the utilization of warehouse space based on available storage capacity.
- Ensure product stock availability is maintained in accordance with the PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) plan.
- Monitor and ensure dispatched products are promptly updated to Goods in Transit (GIT) status within the system to support sales target achievement.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen logistics team capabilities to improve operational reliability and professionalism.
- Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve logistics systems and processes, including TMS and HGWMS.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including weekly and monthly reports, KPI reports, quarterly reports, first-half reports, and logistics cost analyses.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall logistics performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same or related position, preferably within logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Familiar with logistics and warehouse management systems, such as WMS, TMS, and SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management and team leadership capabilities.
- Persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and operational data.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
