What Will You Do :
- Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and competency needs.
- Identify training gaps through organizational analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Design and deliver leadership, soft skills, and technical training programs (internal and external).
- Partner with departments to develop customized learning initiatives that support team capability development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on employee performance.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and oversee the L&D budget and resource allocation.
What We Are Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- 57 years of experience in HR learning & development, with at least 2 years in managerial or leadeship capacity.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies.
- Proficient in learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools, virtual training platforms).
- Good communication skill with proficient in English.
- Willing to work on site from Cikarang area.
