Manager IT Strategic & Planning

Bank Jakarta is looking for a strategic technology professional to lead the development of the Bank's IT strategy, roadmap, and portfolio. You will play a key role in aligning technology investments with business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop IT Strategic Plan, IT Roadmap, and IT Portfolio Management.
2. Support the preparation of the Bank's Rencana Strategis Teknologi Informasi (RSTI).
3. Lead prioritization of IT projects and change requests.
4. Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives.
5. Align Enterprise Architecture with business and technology strategy.
6. Monitor digital banking, AI, cloud, data analytics, and emerging technology trends.
7. Prepare strategic presentations and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT Strategy, IT Planning, IT Governance, or IT Project Management.
3. Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT Portfolio Management.
5. Knowledge of IT governance, IT risk, and banking technology regulations.
6. Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
