Manager IT Asset & Vendor Performance Management

Bank Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage IT assets, vendor performance, contracts, and technology budgeting. This position is responsible for ensuring effective governance of IT operational resources and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage IT asset lifecycle and inventory governance.
2. Monitor vendor contracts, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
3. Maintain accurate IT asset documentation and reconciliation.
4. Support IT budget planning and realization monitoring.
5. Analyze Capex and Opex utilization for technology initiatives.
6. Prepare reports and recommendations related to asset and vendor performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Asset Management, or IT Finance.
3. Strong understanding of vendor contract administration and IT asset governance.
4. Familiar with IT budgeting, Capex, and Opex management.
5. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
6. Experience within banking or regulated industries is an advantage.
