Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead and manage site layout team.
- Coordinate and define site production layout strategy, able to develop coherent concept and methodology that fits business needs.
- Design overall site production layout that fulfill area efficiency target and flexibility to secure revenue growth.
- Project management for layout implementation. Responsible for project roll out according to schedule, budget, manpower and quality.
- Drive design standardization for workplace, jigs & fixtures for all sites to maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality.
- Coordinate and work cross-functionally with FM, ESH, IT to improve good 5S and safe workplace, and ensure execution are are according to clean room protocol.
- Ensure complete and accurate layout information in the database, and documentations for standards and guideline.
- Coordinate with Operation Planning team to define site area strategy and execution of setup.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Master's degree/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree.
- Possesses deep knowledge with >7 years experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on Layout Planning, Personnel, Capital, Material, Area Efficiency & WIP Flow improvement.
- Lean trained/certified with experience in performing Value Stream Map(VSM).
- Preferably 6 Sigma green belt or higher, PJM certification (e.g. IPMA,PMP).
- Relevant experience in manufacturing process (preferably Back End semicon) and Material Handling Automation will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
- Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder.
