Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • At least 12 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns for brands with measurable performance results
  • Strong expertise in paid media strategy, digital funnel management, audience targeting, and KPI development
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other performance tracking tools
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, and technical optimization.

Job Description:


  • Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all brands under Archipelago.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to ensure performance targets and timelines are achieved.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign planning, including budgeting, audience strategy, funnel strategy (awareness, traffic, conversion), and media allocation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance regularly; provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign execution.
  • Lead and mentor digital marketing team members to enhance performance, skills, and overall team capability.
  • Drive SEO strategy, including keyword planning, on-page and technical optimization oversight, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
