Job Purpose:
Manage strategy execution for ABM Group and develop corporate strategy using Balanced Scorecard to create strategic initiatives and business portfolio, including implementation monitoring, to support company sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the strategic management framework governance for ABM Group as needed.
- Develop corporate-level Balanced Scorecard (strategy map, KPIs & targets) and for ABM Group C-level.
- Finalize strategic initiatives using Balanced Scorecard method up to target setting.
- Coordinate development of investment guidelines for current business portfolio at ABM Group level.
- Manage investment and divestment framework governance for ABM Group up to Board of Directors approval.
Education:
Bachelor in Economics
Master in Economics Business and Management
Job Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years in strategic management, business consulting, or corporate planning at holding level; at least 3 years in managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Deep knowledge of Balanced Scorecard model.
- Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and strategic thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Sufficient knowledge of financial concept and analysis.
