We are currently representing a leading global professional services firm seeking an experienced Manager to join its Corporate Finance (Lead Advisory) practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with founders, shareholders, private equity investors, corporate executives, and strategic buyers across a broad range of industries. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end M&A and capital raising engagements while working alongside senior leadership on high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from origination through execution and closing
• Manage financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, and transaction negotiations
• Prepare client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and marketing materials
• Support capital raising, strategic partnerships, corporate restructuring, and investment-related initiatives
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout transaction lifecycles
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, lenders, and strategic partners
• Manage project teams and provide coaching to junior team members
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client pitching efforts

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 6–10 years of experience within Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution capabilities
• Demonstrated experience leading M&A, fundraising, strategic advisory, or corporate finance engagements
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage directly with C-suite stakeholders
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
