Expert, Project (Civil)
Job requirement:
- Bachelor of Technology in Civil engineering
- Minimum 18 y. o
- 15 years or more experience in Civil engineering, certifications are added advantage.
- Manage civil erection mill wide
- Monitoring and controlling civil progress
- Conduct independent audit and propose solutions
- Control project progress and contractor performance
- Able to interpret civil design drawings
- Able to inspect for quality of job
- Must audit actual quantity and review billing claims
- Able to handle project from concept to completion
- Make budgeting for jobs
- Proper coordination with mechanical, QC and erection teams
- Able to check compliance to industry standards, codes of practice and safety aspects
- Able to make detailed schedule for job execution
- Should be able to handle all types of civil jobs including concreting, structural, foundations, repair, modification, drainage, piling etc
- Manage and control resources to execute the projects.
