Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery schedules
- Manage the end-to-end production process of calcium salt, including raw material preparation, reaction, drying, and finishing
- Ensure consistent product quality in accordance with established specifications and feed safety standards
- Monitor and optimize key process parameters such as temperature, moisture, and reaction efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve yield
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Refinery teams to ensure availability of raw materials (PFAD, calcium oxide/hydroxide)
- Supervise, train, and develop production personnel, including shift supervisors and operators
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies
- Collaborate with Maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Prepare and analyze production reports, including KPIs such as output, efficiency, and OEE
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in palm oil refinery, oleochemical, or related processing industry
- Strong understanding of fat and oil processing, including PFAD handling, saponification / neutralization processes, drying and solidification systems
- Experience with process control systems (PLC/SCADA)
- Familiarity with production performance metrics (OEE, yield, throughput)
- Willing to be placed in Dumai, Riau
