About You

  • You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • You enjoy doing purpose-led and meaningful work
  • You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful (in your past life, you could've been a detective)
  • You always find a way to get things done without sacrificing the quality of your work, integrity, and values
  • No task is off limits for you
  • You are humble and prioritize the success of the team over your own with an eagerness to help those around you
  • You don't shy away from challenges and can bounce back from setbacks
  • We strongly encourage individuals with disabilities to apply. We believe in equal opportunity and strive to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Prepare routine business ecosystem group reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal and external purposes based on available data.
  • Perform accuracy and consistency checks, and resolve invalid data issues within the ecosystem group.
  • Prepare performance materials related to acquisition activities within the ecosystem group (customers and employees) to be presented to Bank management.
  • Develop, update, and manage ecosystem group data governance and standards that have been agreed upon with relevant teams.
  • Manage, maintain, conduct quality control, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support business monitoring needs.
  • Manage procedures and tools for ecosystem group data processing, including the development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting for both internal and external requirements.
  • Handle additional ad hoc data/report requests in a timely manner, even with high volumes, to support operational needs and business analysis.
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure efficient event scheduling and that the required number of sales team members for events is adequately fulfilled.
  • Manage sales administration, including preparing sales team schedules, attendance records, quotations, and other supporting documents.
  • Monitor and coordinate the sales team in acquiring ecosystem group employees, and ensure that prospective customer management complies with the Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Prepare sales training materials, sales uniforms, promotional merchandise (gimmicks), and other supporting equipment.
  • Coordinate with other divisions such as Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and other units to ensure that acquisition processes, vendor management, and payments run smoothly.
  • Prepare daily sales team performance reports for performance evaluation purposes and to develop strategies to increase acquisition results.
  • Ensure that budget approval requests aligned with business needs are processed properly and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and control budget utilization to ensure it aligns with the approved allocation requests.
  • Prepare legal agreements/MOUs (PKS) for partnerships with ecosystem groups and coordinate with the Legal team to ensure all documents comply with the Bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users and related teams to review and reconcile acquisition performance data from ecosystem groups, and facilitate portfolio transfers supported by the required documentation provided by the ecosystem groups.
  • Prepare and manage budget memos, provide budget justifications, and obtain approvals from the relevant bank authorities.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or Information Systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading acquisition/sales teams with a proven track record, particularly in MIS, data analytics, business insights, and budget & payment management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as SQL, SAS, and Python.
