Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Client Acquisition
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial deals that drive long-term value for both the client and the company.
- Conduct solution-selling by demonstrating how WhatsApp Business Platform can improve customer engagement and business operations.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Utilize LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals to connect with potential clients.
- Track and nurture leads effectively using CRM tools.
- Product & Industry Mastery
- Stay up to date with the latest WhatsApp Business Platform features and AI-powered conversational solutions.
- Understand client pain points and position WhatsApp as an integrated business tool, tailored to their specific needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales support.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and messaging strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or enterprise communication solutions.
- Proven track record in closing deals, hitting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API, MarTech, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
