Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will be responsible for conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing communication strategies, and managing social media marketing. This role will also be involved in sales-related activities to support the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Research and Marketing
- Effective Communication skills
- Social Media Marketing skills
- Experience with Sales strategies and techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
