Role Description The Management Trainee Team (South Jkt) role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Jakarta. The Management Trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn core processes, support daily operations, and assist in executing business and sales strategies. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting client-facing teams with administrative and coordination tasks. The role also involves participating in training programs, shadowing senior team members, and contributing to team projects to improve efficiency and service quality.
