Join Erdigma's flagship 12-month rotational Management Trainee Program, designed to shape high-potential individuals into future leaders. As part of the Human Resource Development track, you will experience firsthand how HR functions in a fast-paced FMCG and digital marketing environment from talent acquisition to people development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
- Assist with onboarding, employee development, and training programs.
- Analyze and improve internal HR processes aligned with business goals.
- Support culture-building, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments during rotation cycles.
- Manage and execute internal communication and employer branding projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in relevant fields.
- Active involvement in student organizations or community projects.
