Role Description

This full-time, on-site Management Trainee Staff role is based at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower) in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee Staff will support day-to-day branch operations, assist senior staff with client servicing, and help coordinate administrative and reporting tasks. Responsibilities include learning core brokerage processes, supporting marketing and educational programs, and helping prepare presentations and materials for client meetings. The role also involves collecting and organizing market and client data, contributing to internal process improvements, and participating in structured training to build knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements. The position is designed to develop future leaders who can grow into supervisory or managerial roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with interest in financial markets and trading instruments (forex, indices, commodities, CFDs).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn brokerage-related tools and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial or corporate environments.
• Willingness to participate actively in training and mentoring programs, with a strong drive for learning and professional growth.
• Understanding of, or interest in, regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility to adapt to operational needs and branch schedules.
