About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to manage and grow multiple Sempoa SIP training centers across Jabodetabek. This role combines operations management and business development, requiring strong ownership, mobility, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned Sempoa SIP training centers across Jabodetabek
- Monitor and manage center performance, including student enrollment, retention, and revenue
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve business results
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth across centers
- Ensure all centers comply with company standards and deliver high-quality service
- Work closely with teachers and admin teams to maintain strong operational performance
- Handle issues, feedback, and ensure a positive experience for students and parents
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, business development, or similar roles
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel frequently and handle high mobility across Jabodetabek
