Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will rotate through key departments to learn core aspects of futures, forex, and derivatives brokerage operations, including client servicing, trading support, and back-office processes. Daily tasks include assisting in market research, preparing reports, supporting senior team members with client inquiries, and helping to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will participate in structured training programs, attend internal workshops, and engage in mentoring sessions to develop leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Over time, the Management Trainee is expected to build a strong understanding of the brokerage business and be prepared for placement in a junior management or specialist role.

• Interest in capital markets and brokerage services, with basic knowledge of trading platforms or investment products, will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital literacy is required; familiarity with online trading tools is an advantage.
