Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will rotate through key departments to learn core business operations, including client services, trading support, risk management, and administrative functions. Daily responsibilities include assisting in market analysis, supporting the preparation of reports and presentations, participating in internal meetings, and helping implement business processes under guidance from senior staff. The individual will engage with clients under supervision, support educational activities and events, and contribute to improving service quality and operational efficiency. The role is designed to build foundational knowledge of futures, forex, and derivatives trading, and to prepare the trainee for future leadership or specialist positions within the company.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with interest in financial markets, futures, forex, and derivatives.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with clients professionally.
• Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn trading and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surabaya and participate in scheduled training and rotational assignments.
• High level of integrity, commitment to compliance with regulations, and interest in building a long-term career in the brokerage and investment industry.
• Prior internship or experience in finance, banking, or brokerage is an advantage but not required.
