Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will learn and support daily operations related to futures, forex, and derivative trading, including assisting senior staff with client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing. This role involves analyzing market trends, preparing basic reports, and assisting in presentations or educational sessions for clients. The Management Trainee will also help coordinate internal communication between departments, participate in training programs, and contribute to service improvements. Over time, the individual will be prepared for leadership responsibilities within the company's operational or business development functions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret basic financial and market data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn about futures, forex, and derivatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in capital markets and financial products; prior internship or experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office software (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing) and online tools.
