Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The individual will learn and support core brokerage operations, including assisting with market analysis, monitoring trading activities, and helping prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks may involve participating in training programs, shadowing senior team members, and contributing to client service activities such as responding to inquiries and supporting account documentation. The Management Trainee will also collaborate with various departments to understand compliance requirements, workflow processes, and risk management practices in futures, forex, and derivative trading. This role is designed to build foundational knowledge and prepare the individual for future leadership or specialist positions within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with an interest in financial markets, futures, forex, and derivatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online trading or financial platforms.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a regulated financial services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field (or final-year student nearing completion).
- Ability to work on-site in Surabaya and commit to full-time working hours.
- Prior internship or exposure to brokerage, banking, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
