Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya at Pakuwon Centre. The individual in this role will learn and support core business operations, including assisting in client service, helping monitor market trends, and contributing to daily administrative tasks related to futures, forex, and derivative trading activities. The Management Trainee will participate in structured training programs, attend internal briefings, and collaborate with senior team members to understand brokerage processes, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing reports, updating internal systems, supporting educational events for clients, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows. This role is designed to build foundational knowledge and develop future leaders within the organization.
