Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Management Trainee role based in Surabaya. As a Management Trainee, you will engage in hands-on training focused on understanding various aspects of business operations, strategy, and client management. You will collaborate with senior management, contribute to decision-making processes, and develop leadership skills to prepare for future managerial responsibilities.
