Role Description
We are seeking a Management Trainee for a full-time position located on-site in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will actively participate in training programs to develop expertise in futures trading and market analysis. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day operational tasks, learning about market regulation compliance, and supporting client interaction and relationship development. The role offers opportunities for growth into leadership positions within the company upon successful completion of the training program.
