Purpose of the Role:

As a Management Trainee (MT), you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide immersive, hands-on experiences across diverse departments. This program is meticulously crafted to cultivate a profound understanding of our organization's operations and management practices, nurturing talented individuals into future leaders within APL.

Expectations of the Role:

  • Departmental Immersion & Contribution: Actively participate in rotational assignments within various departments, gaining practical experience and contributing to ongoing projects and daily operations.
  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Observe, analyze, and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement within assigned business units, proposing practical solutions and supporting their implementation.
  • Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with departmental goals.
  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze relevant data to support decision-making, generate reports, and provide insights to department heads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with teams from different departments, fostering a collaborative environment and understanding interdependencies within the organization.
  • Learning & Skill Development: Continuously seek opportunities to learn new skills, acquire knowledge about APL's business, and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities. Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks that will hone your leadership potential.

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in any major. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
  • Have a passion and interest in digital.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, high-initiative skills, and agility.
  • Willingness to be assigned in APL locations across Indonesia.
  • Highly adaptable and willing to be placed where the company operates.

Advantage to Have:

  • Internship experience.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and relevant software.
  • Possessing TOEFL/IELTS certification.
