Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will rotate through key business functions such as sales, marketing, customer relations, and business development to gain comprehensive exposure to the financial services and futures trading industry. Day-to-day activities include supporting ongoing projects, assisting in client communication and service, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to market research and business initiatives. Trainees will attend training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance professional skills, while collaborating with mentors and cross-functional teams. The role is designed to prepare talent for future leadership and specialist positions within the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Training skills to support structured learning and rotational assignments.
• Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, business metrics, and operational reports.
• Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for internal coordination and client-facing interactions.
• Customer Service orientation, with the capacity to build relationships and respond to client needs professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Interest in the financial market, futures trading, and career growth in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, adapt to a structured training environment, and collaborate in diverse teams.
• Proficiency in basic office software; English and Indonesian language skills are an advantage.
