Management Trainee Program

Role Description

The Management Trainee Program role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Management Trainee Program will rotate through key departments to learn core business operations, including client services, trading support, and basic administrative processes. Daily activities include assisting senior staff with market analysis, preparing reports, supporting client communication, and helping coordinate internal projects. The role involves participating in training sessions, learning company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to team meetings and presentations. Management Trainees are expected to take initiative, apply feedback, and progressively assume more responsibility as they develop their skills and understanding of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in financial markets, particularly forex, stock indices, and commodities, with willingness to learn trading concepts and industry regulations.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with numerical data, basic reporting, and market information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and interact professionally with clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., office productivity tools) and openness to learning trading platforms and internal systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and motivation to build a long-term career in a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta Kuningan and commit to full-time working hours.
