About the role
As a Management Trainee for Diamond Jewelry (Factory) at PT Central Mega Kencana, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to groom you for future leadership roles within the company&aposs manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in our state-of-the-art facility in East Jakarta.
What you&aposll be doing
- Participate in rotational assignments across key departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of our manufacturing processes
- Work closely with experienced managers to learn best practices in production planning, quality control, and supply chain management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles
- Engage in data analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of high-quality diamond jewelry
- Receive mentorship and coaching to develop your leadership and decision-making skills
What we&aposre looking for
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering from reputable university with GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Demonstrated interest and passion for the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a managerial role
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Placement: Factory (East Jakarta)
