Management Trainee Program Jakarta Selatan

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the Management Trainee Program at VIFX Finance. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training aimed at developing leadership skills, understanding core business operations, and preparing for managerial positions within the organization. You will participate in cross-departmental assignments, contribute to strategic planning, analyze business operations, and assist in executing processes to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will be essential as you learn and adapt to dynamic business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
