This is a full-time, on-site role for the Management Trainee Program at VIFX, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in comprehensive training programs designed to prepare you for leadership roles. Responsibilities include learning core operational processes, analyzing key financial data, identifying market opportunities, and assisting senior management with strategic decision-making. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams, develop professional skills, and actively contribute to the company's growth.

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong command of English
• Previous internship or experience in finance, consulting, or management is a plus but not required
