Job Description

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

CNA Investment Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future middle-management leaders who can think strategically, solve problems, execute effectively, and collaborate across business units.
Participants will gain exposure to multiple industries within CNA Investment including healthcare, education, consumer businesses, and strategic investments.



  • Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative
  • Excellent communication and collaboration ability
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn across industries
  • 03 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Participate in cross-functional rotations across CNA Investment business units
  • Analyze business challenges and propose practical solutions
  • Support strategic and operational projects within portfolio companies
  • Work closely with senior managers to execute business initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to process improvements and operational excellence projects
