What is Management Trainee Mandarin Speaker Program
Management Trainee Mandarin Speaker (MTMS) is a 12-months intensive program in which employee are provided with a unique opportunity to interact with local and global business leaders to learn more about the electronic home appliance industry business.

What Will You Do
- Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the-job training at Haier Sales Indonesia.
- Rotation to all department at Haier Sales Indonesia.
- Accomplished study case.
- Accomplished several projects in each department.
- Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy.
- Analyze major or minor cases in each department.
- Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case.
- Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem.
- Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations.
- Join the regular activities in each department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (International graduate from China/Taiwan are welcome).
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Has campus organizational experiences, high integrity, positive.
- Attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English both written and verbal.
